Do you have a complaint?

Vesting Finance takes complaints* very seriously. Please let us know if you have a complaint about our service, a Vesting Finance product or otherwise so we can come to a suitable solution. Do you have a question regarding your case, please call either number in the letter or our general number: 088-65 55 000. Or you can send an e-mail to: info@vestingfinance.nl

You can make your complaint known to us online by filling in the complaint form. You can also submit your complaint in writing or by e-mail to us. Correspondence can be sent to:

Send a short description of your complaint and do not forget to mention your personal information: your name, file number (if applicable), address, e-mail address and telephone number where we can reach you during the day.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive confirmation of receipt within 5 working days (by email). We strive to provide you a substantive response within 15 working days. If this deadline is not feasible for us, you will receive notice of this in writing.

Do you have a complaint about a collection procedure?
Vesting Finance is a member of NVI and handles the complaints in accordance with the code of conduct of the Dutch Association of Collection Agencies (NVI). If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can contact the Complaints Institute of Certified Collection Agencies (KIGID). KIGID is an independent institute that handles complaints about members of the NVI in accordance with their dispute. More information is available at www.nvio.nl.

Do you have a complaint about financial services or products?
If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can contact the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) or the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid). When Kifid can not deal with your complaint, you can also choose to file your complaint directly at the Civil court.
