Vesting Finance is relocating five offices to a central location in Amersfoort

Vesting Finance is relocating five offices to a central location in Amersfoort. Yesterday the market leader in the financial servicing and credit management sector signed an agreement with AXA Immoselect for the lease of the premises at Brouwersstraat 3. The relocation will involve a total of 600 employees. Vesting Finance will relocate in stages to its new location during the course of 2017 and 2018.

Vesting Finance currently provides its services from five locations: Almere, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Hilversum and Utrecht. The offices will relocate to Amersfoort in stages, starting with the Hilversum office in the fourth quarter of 2017 and the first quarter of 2018. The decision to move to the town of Amersfoort and the location at Brouwersstraat 3 (a stone’s throw from the Central Station), was mainly guided by the central position and easy accessibility.

Even better service provision thanks to centralisation.

The relocation to Amersfoort is primarily a result of Vesting Finance’s ambition to further improve its services to customers, says CEO Joost van Rens. “We are going from five locations to a single location, so we will be bringing all our organisation’s knowledge and knowhow together. In combination with the resulting shorter communication lines, the centralisation will allow us to raise our services to customers to a higher level.”

The key words are care and phasing

According to Van Rens, customer services will not be affected during the centralisation. “During a relocation like this, care is essential. We will therefore be implementing the process in stages. First of all, we will bring the technical basis behind the scenes up to the desired level. This will enable all colleagues to start work immediately at the new location. The offices will relocate to Amersfoort in stages. This gives us an overview of this controlled relocation process and allows us to provide our customers with continuity in terms of service provision.”
