This week, we’d like to take a moment to recognise something you don’t always see, but which is invaluable to our organisation.

Alongside their day-to-day work, many colleagues take on an additional role, either within or on behalf of our organisation. Think of colleagues who serve as first aiders, health and safety officers, members of the works council, members of the events committee, internship supervisors, guest speakers during our onboarding sessions, or guest lecturers during practical days at universities of applied sciences.

These roles may not always be visible, but they are absolutely indispensable. Thanks to their dedication, we are building a safe, engaged and learning organisation together — for colleagues, students and new employees alike.

That is why we are putting these colleagues in the spotlight this week.

To everyone who volunteers their time and energy with such enthusiasm: thank you for your time, energy and commitment. You really do make a difference.
