Vesting Finance is growing! This week is dedicated to our monthly corporate induction training.

This time, we welcome one new colleague, and to get to know him better, we asked him a few short questions during the training session.

Mini-interview with Narendra, who started as team lead for Secured Servicing:

• What made you choose Vesting Finance?
Vesting Finance is a well-known player in the world of credit management, and my knowledge and experience lie more in the financial sector, so my choice was quickly made.

‍• How have you found the onboarding process so far?
Very pleasant and well organised.

• What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
Taking the team further (both in terms of processes and the development of our employees) and ensuring stability and continuity within the team.

• What is your talent?
Working in a results-oriented manner while maintaining job satisfaction, empowering people, letting them do what they are good at and offering support where they can still develop, and maintaining a good overview of what is happening within my team.

• What qualities would you bring to our organisation?
My extensive experience (20 years) at management level, strong social skills, empathy and ensuring continuity so that services never come to a standstill.

• Which three words best describe you?
Open and honest, driven and committed.
