ESG in practice: toy campaign for the Speelgoedbank Amersfoort

Our organisation pays broad attention to issues dieraken to the environment, society and good corporate governance (ESG). In that context, we consider it important to be socially aware and - where possible - to do our bit for a financially vital society.

On June 1, we celebrated Children's Day. Toys may not be a basic necessity of life, but they are of great value for a child's development. Every child has the right to play! Unfortunately, more and more families are living below the poverty line. For them, there is often no money available to purchase toys.

Therefore, our ESG team launched a toy collection campaign in the month of May and the first two weeks of June. Colleagues could donate toys and money for the Speelgoedbank Amersfoort.

And successfully!

We collected no less than three full crates of toys. We also collected a nice amount of money, which we used to buy extra toys. Today, we will personally take everything to the Speelgoedbank Amersfoort.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed for this lovely gesture. Thanks to your efforts, many more children will soon be made happy!
