Innovation in practice: Intern Merlijn investigates AI within debt collection process
With a fresh perspective and a curious mindset, intern Merlijn took a close look at our debt collection processes. Her graduation research offers surprising insights into how predictive technology can enhance our debt collection services.
This week, intern Merlijn presented her graduation research at our Amersfoort office. As a Business Administration student at the University of Applied Sciences, she researches how predictive AI can be used within our debt collection process. With her presentation, Merlijn not only gave us insight into the possibilities of AI, but also inspiration for further optimisation of our processes.
We are impressed by her approach and the valuable insights she gained. In the coming weeks, Merlijn will work on her final advice - and we are looking forward to it!
