Surprise from the Party Committee: Foodtruck lunch with the Sateboss!

Thisafternoon, our colleagues were surprised with a delicious lunch organised byour creative party committee. The smell of freshly prepared satay welcomedeveryone to Smallepad, where the Sateboss food truck was ready to spoil us withits culinary delights: succulent chicken, pork or tempeh satay, served with agenerous portion of fried rice or noodles, crunchy prawn crackers and freshpickled cucumbers.

A tasty break and a social gathering all in one. What a treat! This treat wasmore than just tasty: it is a good example of how we pay attention to thewell-being of our colleagues in an inclusive way. Everyone should feelappreciated and have the space to perform to the best of their ability.

This kind of moment not only strengthens the team spirit, but also creates newenergy on the shop floor. Together, we build an organisation in whichresponsibility, initiative and job satisfaction go hand in hand. Our partycommittee knows better than anyone how to put colleagues in the limelight.
