At Vesting Finance there are many silent forces who work hard every day. Whether it is organising a party, the monthly birthday lunch, ensuring safety as an in-house emergency worker or thinking about policy through the works council -they really make a difference.
That is why we organised a high team bij Downey’s Coffee and Tea in Amersfoort, to thankthem for their efforts over the past year.
Downey's is a private initiative that provides people with intellectual disabilities with a meaningful place in society. They focus on what people can do and offer their employees the right guidance, education and training to enable them to develop themselves. This fits in well with our core values: ‘we do the right thing’ and ‘we succeed together’.
