Together we make a difference: Social Debt Collection is now live!

With this step, we are taking a significant step towards joining the ‘Social Debt Collection Framework’ of the Financieel Gezond Nederland Foundation. This is a national initiative in which organisations work together to make debt collection more socially responsible, more humane and forward-looking.

This means that we are working together to develop an approach that focuses more on the person behind the customer. Rather than simply reacting when problems arise, we aim to anticipate issues, listen and offer appropriate support where necessary.

With this go-live, we are building on the information we received as an organisation during the kick-off meeting on Social Debt Recovery. This meeting was organised by the SFGN and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.

As an organisation, we feel incredibly inspired. We are not only introducing a new way of working, but also a collective movement within our own organisation and society at large. A movement centred on humanity, collaboration and social impact.

To successfully bring this to life together, team ambassadors have been appointed from all areas of the organisation. Together, we want to make an impact and make Social Debt Collection the new norm!
