Surprise from the Party Committee: Foodtruck lunch with the Sateboss!

This afternoon, our colleagues were surprised with a delicious lunch organised by our creative party committee. The smell of freshly prepared satay welcomed everyone to Smallepad, where the Sateboss food truck was ready to spoil us with its culinary delights: succulent chicken, pork or tempeh satay, served with a generous portion of fried rice or noodles, crunchy prawn crackers and fresh pickled cucumbers.

A tasty break and a social gathering all in one. What a treat! This treat was more than just tasty: it is a good example of how we pay attention to the well-being of our colleagues in an inclusive way. Everyone should feel appreciated and have the space to perform to the best of their ability.

This kind of moment not only strengthens the team spirit, but also creates new energy on the shop floor. Together, we build an organisation in which responsibility, initiative and job satisfaction go hand in hand. Our party committee knows better than anyone how to put colleagues in the limelight.
