This week, our organisation made the successful transition to Genesys Cloud CX - the leading multichannel platform within the customer contact world.
With this transition, we are taking a big step towards the future: future-proof customer contact, completely in the cloud.
After a relatively short but intensive period, we converted our entire contact centre environment. This was only possible thanks to the great cooperation between colleagues from different teams - both inside and outside our organisation. A great milestone we can be proud of!
