Contract & Debtor Management Employee
Are you strong in communication, solution-oriented and empathetic? Do you want to play an important role in customer management in the financial world? Then this role is for you! As a Contract & Debtor Management Employee, you are the link between customer and client. You not only help manage outstanding claims, but also ensure an optimal customer experience and compliance with agreements made.

Wat ga je doen
Managing customer data and accounts
Providing standard correspondence and formal documents
Maintaining contact with customers, clients and external parties
Updating portfolios, changing installments and making repayment notes
Handling other customer questions, including complaints, and checking data for proper processing
You monitor the payment terms exceeded by private customers
You approach customers by phone to discuss outstanding items
You make payment arrangements and/or a payment appointment
You take on administrative tasks such as handling mail and mail
You switch and sparring frequently with colleagues, team leader, senior and/or manager

You will receive a starting salary where the range ranges from €2,600 to €3,200 per month gross based on 40 hours
In addition to your salary, you will receive a fixed 13th month (to be paid out at once or partially every month)
In addition to your salary, you will receive 8% vacation pay
You have 29 vacation days
Your travel costs by public transport are 100% reimbursed (the station is only 8 minutes' walk from our office)
Your travel costs by car are €0.23 cents per km and you will receive a parking ticket

Wat neem je mee
You have completed at least an MBO 3 course
You have at least 1 year of experience with customer contact and have experience with resistance and retention discussions
You are available at least 32 hours a week
You have strong communication skills and are persuasive
You are enthusiastic, empathetic, flexible and energetic
A WFT Basic and WFT Consumer Credit or you are willing to obtain them at our expense in the short term (at our expense)
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field of consumer credit or you have a proven interest in this
Excellent command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of the English language
