Mortgage Management Officer
As a Mortgage Management Employee, you are responsible for processing changes, renewals and repayments within our mortgage portfolio. You are the linchpin in the contact with our customers and clients, where service is key. You ensure that all mortgage adjustments are handled carefully and efficiently. You are a real team player with excellent communication skills and an eye for quality. You are also result-oriented and you set the right priorities. You feel at home in a dynamic work environment and are flexible.

Wat ga je doen
You independently analyze and deal with (customer) questions, requests and complaints and provide relevant information
You carry out preparatory work for the analysis of documents
You process various changes in mortgages, such as interest rate adjustments, changes to personal information and changes to mortgage terms
You guide customers through the mortgage renewal process, ensure clear communication and timely processing
You manage the repayment process and ensure that it runs smoothly, including administrative processing
You are the first point of contact for customers, advisors and notaries, answer their questions and offer appropriate solutions
You keep the quality of our services high by working accurately and paying attention to detail
You work closely with your colleagues to jointly achieve the best results and to continuously improve processes

You will receive a salary where the range ranges from €2,774 to €3,500 per month gross (based on 40 hours)
In addition to your salary, you will receive a fixed 13th month (to be paid out at once or partially every month)
In addition to your salary, you will receive 8% vacation pay
You have 29 vacation days
Your travel costs by public transport are 100% reimbursed (the station is only 8 minutes' walk from our office)
Your travel costs by car are €0.23 cents per km
You have the option of hybrid working where you receive a working from home allowance for the days you work from home

Wat neem je mee
You have an MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
Proven work experience in the mortgage domain
Management experience within a service provider is an advantage
You are accurate, have a proactive attitude
You are good at interacting with internal and external customers
In possession of a WFT basis and WFT mortgage loan, or you are willing to obtain them in the short term (at our expense)
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language
