Find quick answers to your questions about our services and your situation. At Vesting Finance, we are ready to help you with personal solutions. Together, we are working on a financially healthy future.

Vesting Finance is a Dutch financial service provider licensed by the Financial Markets Authority (AFM). The specialized professionals are highly experienced with loan portfolios, through their cooperation with banks, investors and lenders.

From November 2024, Vesting Finance Servicing B.V. will carry out the work for all credit agreements that Tinka has with customers. This means that we answer and deal with all customer questions on behalf of and on behalf of Tinka.

Vesting Finance is your first point of contact for everything related to your agreement, instead of like Tinka was in the past. You won't notice much about this:

  • The total amount to be paid and the monthly payments remain the same
  • The way you make payments won't change
  • The account number to which you have to pay remains the same
  • Any direct debit authorization that you have issued remains active.

Vesting Finance has its own portal for Tinka customers where you can view information and make payments. You received information about this just before the transition to Vesting Finance. Watch the introduction video for help activating your account. For personal contact, call 088 655 6212.

Activation is quick and easy via https://mijnlening.tinka.nl/nl-nl/activeren. Don't you have an activation number yet? Then chat with one of our employees or call 088 655 62 12. The chat function can be found directly at the bottom right of the page.

If you have multiple loan parts under your agreement, they are merged. This means that they are no longer registered as separate loan parts with Vesting Finance. That's why you only see 1 interest rate. Of course, this does not affect the total amount of repayment and interest that you have to pay.

Nothing else changes.

You can always repay all or part of your outstanding balance free of charge. If you want to pay off the outstanding balance in one go, please contact us or use the customer portal. The amount paid will be displayed in the customer portal the next business day.

The credit is registered with the BKR as a revolving credit from Tinka. This remains unchanged. Any special codes will also remain in place.

The agreed payment arrangement remains unchanged in terms of amount.

The scheme is structured in 2 parts

  • The backlog (spread over the agreed months). This is what you need yourselves transfer, you will not receive a payment link.
  • The regular term. This will be deducted if you have set up a direct debit. If you do not have this, you will receive a payment link to transfer the amount yourself.

In case of uncertainty about a payment arrangement, always contact the Debtor Management Department.

Contact the Debtor Management Department as soon as possible. This way, we can look for a suitable solution together.

Yes, you will continue to receive it. By taking over the Tinka services by Vesting Finance on November 15, 2024, you will receive two for the year 2024:

  • The annual review from November 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024 over the period at Vesting Finance.
  • The annual review from 1 January 2024 to 15 November about the period at Tinka.

Both annual overviews are available in the customer portal where you can download them.

You can pay your monthly installment via direct debit or with a payment link sent monthly. It is also possible to transfer money yourself via online banking. Transfer the amount to Tinka's account number NL08 INGB 0000 9669 66, including your customer number.

To view or pay for your details, you can also use the Vesting Finance customer portal. You can pay your monthly installment and it is also possible to make an additional payment. Take a look here (mijnloaning.tinka.nl) to create an account.

Do you not use direct debit yet but would you like to do so?

No, insurances were not included in Vesting Finance. These insurances ended on December 31, 2024. You have now been informed about this by Tinka.

After full payment of your loan and any (overdue) interest and costs, you no longer have any obligations to Tinka and you have finished paying and the agreement will be terminated.

You will receive a monthly email with the payment link on your payment date. Tinka customers can log into the new Tinka portal. Here you can view your credit 24 hours a day. For example, here you can find:

  • The balance of your loan
  • Monthly and annual overviews
  • (Payment) monthly period
  • (Payment) arrears
  • Possibility of additional payment or even full repayment.

The limit of your credit agreement is registered with the Credit Registration Office (BKR) from €250 (this is called a positive registration).

We report a payment delay of more than three months to BKR as a negative registration. Please note: a negative registration with BKR may have consequences for you, including when applying for a mortgage.

If everything has been repaid and your credit agreement has ended, the registration will be deregistered from the BKR. It can take up to 3 weeks for the registration to log out.

A BKR registration remains visible with the BKR for another 5 years after termination.
