Outbound Customer Contact Employee - Debtor Management
Are you a real caller and would you like to have a conversation? Do you find it important to help people in a respectful way and to make clear agreements? Then this is your chance to make a difference — for our customers and for your own development. As a Customer Contact Specialist, you are the voice on the phone for outstanding payments. You call customers, really listen to their story and work together to find a solution. Real conversations where you gain trust. Multitasking is second nature to you: while you call, you record everything properly in the client's system. Together with your colleagues from our Debtor Management team, you ensure that our customers remain financially healthy, always in a human way.

You approach customers by phone to discuss outstanding items

From day one, you will benefit from our excellent, competitive employment conditions
The starting salary ranges from €2,550 to €2,800 per month gross (based on 40 hours)
In addition to your salary, you will receive a fixed 13th month (to be paid out at once or partially every month)
In addition to your salary, you will receive 8% vacation pay
You have 29 vacation days
Your travel costs by public transport are 100% reimbursed (the station is only 8 minutes' walk from our office)
Your travel costs by car are 0.23 cents per km and you will receive a parking ticket
You have an option to work in a hybrid way, where you receive a working from home allowance for the days you work from home
